Natasha Wiening Photography Limited retains the copyright on any and all digital materials created by the studio and printed work produced from these digital images.

Under the 1988 copyright act, all images taken at your sitting are the copyright of Natasha Wiening Photography Limited. Natasha can use the images in displays, exhibitions, promotions, presentations, editorial and advertising at any time in the future without Natasha Wiening having to seek further permission.

When digital images are purchased by the client, only the right to print the image for personal use is included. Images are forbidden to be sold to any 3rd party, shutter stock or entered into any competitions without the written consent from Natasha Wiening. Copyright continues to be owned by Natasha Wiening Photography Limited.

If images are being purchased for corporate use, Natasha Wiening will specify this in the metadata of each image.

Cancellation Policy for sessions

In the event that you need to postpone your shoot or viewing appointment, I require 7 days notice or a cancellation charge of £50 will apply.

COVID-19

Should the client or any direct family member (baby’s mother, father or sibling) attending the session fall sick with COVID-19, Natasha will agree to cancel the session and move the date to the next available appointment after the quarentine time. A negitive test would then be required before returning for your session. This does not extend to grandparents who fall ill with COVID-19 who were planning to attend the session-in this situation, the session will continue as planned.

Before each newborn session, Natasha will do a SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Test to make sure she has a negative result before photographing a baby. Results will be texted through to the client on the day of the session before meeting in person. Natasha will provide her client with a SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Test on the day of the session which will need to be taken before meeting in person.

Booking appointments

Full payment is required when booking any newborn package and for a space to be kept for your baby.

Digital Images

Digital enhancement and manipulation are carried out at the discretion of Natasha Wiening. If any special requests are made to enhance a specific image, it is expected that the client will be buying that image. No work will be carried out on any image until payment has been received in full. Once an order has been paid for, it is legally binding and because of the custom nature, cancellation or reduction will not be possible.

Proofing images for frames

When purchasing wall products, you will be emailed a high resolution PDF of the image before it goes to lab. Please check the digital work done to the image and make sure you are 100% happy. Once you have approved the image, it will go straight to print and no further changes can be made without a charge.

Delivery Policy and Return & refunds Policy

FRAMES & PRODUCTS: Clients can choose to get products sent directly to their home or can collect their product at Natasha’s studio. If products are being collected from Natasha’s studio, she will do a full quality control check of the prints and products to make sure there are no damages before you collect. During the collection appointment, client can double check their product before taking it away and make sure they are 100% happy. Once the portrait products have been checked and collected at my studio, no returns will be accepted nor will any refunds be generated by Natasha Wiening Photography Limited.

If clients gets their product delivered to thier home, they will have 48 hours to fully check the product for any damages. Should the client be unhappy with the printing or framing, client would need to contact Natasha immediately where she will arrange for the product to be collected and reproduced if necessary. No refund will be generated.

NEWBORN SESSION VOUCHERS: Purchased vouchers and packages are non refundable unless there is a medical reason for cancelation and a doctors note is provided.

Competitions

If you have received your voucher complimentary or via a competition, you are required to pay a £50 booking fee when reserving a session date. In the event that you need to postpone your shoot or viewing appointment, I require 7 days’ notice or a cancellation charge of £50 will apply. If you show up to your scheduled session and viewing appointment, your booking fee will be credited towards anything purchased at your viewing appointment  together with any credit note you have obtained with the voucher.
