Months pass and finally all those inquisitive questions get answered when a sibling arrives. The immediate bond is clear with tight squeezes, kisses and an expectancy to protect. This is exactly what I would like to capture in my newborn photography shoots; a loving and protective big brother or sister with their new best friend.

I met this gorgeous mum from Beaconsfield years ago when I first started taking studio portraits and I have been blessed to capture her family and children ever since. When this family from Beaconsfield came for their newborn photoshoot in my Gerrards Cross studio, I got to experience the wonderful bond these siblings shared. Both of the boys showed great care and affection when it came to their baby sister while still being themselves; constantly laughing and joking around.

I love having children being involved in newborn photoshoots but they do extra time to settle and have an understand how things will work so an extra hour in my Gerrards Cross studio needs to be purchased and added to your time to complete your newborn package. For younger children attending, normality in their young lives have changed and this extra time is most valued while I capture some nimble photographs of their pure excitement.
