Local parks and forests are the best places to have fun with the whole family while I use natures beauty to create the perfect backdrop.

When is the best time to do a shoot on location?

March - September are some of the best months to photograph outside. Everything is alive, the sun is shining and naturally everyone has a bit of colour and feels good. During this time we get forests of bluebells, sunflower fields, lavender fields, rape fields as well as nature trails and parks which are all excellent places to photograph.

October-November are my favourite months with trees starting to turn and presenting magical foot paths to walk along. The sunlight is not as strong and incorporating this light into your photos can create beautiful background glares; adding to the creative magic outdoor photography offers.

I don’t photography between the months of December- February as these months are usually very cold, damp and unpredictable.

Natasha offers Location packages in both London and Buckinghamshire within a 25 mile radius from Gerrards Cross. There will be an extra charge per mile on further distances.

Do you offer family photoshoots within my home?

Yes, I offer sessions all year round within your home. From March through to November when the weather is warmer, we can also venture outside into your garden or a local park to get some nice natural backdrops.

We had a delightful outdoor family shoot with Natasha at Hodgemoor Woods. From start to finish she was so on the beat with introduction, explaining how the day would run, preparing for our shoot to check on how the location looked with the flowers, being truly flexible for us as we had a young family. Natasha is really personable, patient (we had 1 year old twins and a 2.5 year old) and makes you feel at ease. The passion in what she does really shines through and it showed in the final results. She captured the most wonderful family moments in a beautiful setting for us to cherish. The process of the final photos was fast and super easy too, selecting, editing, sharing. I have used five photographers in West London over the past nine years and I had gotten to the point that photography sessions with my girls were my absolute worst nightmare. A friend of mine first recommended Natasha to me and I took note because the friend told me that she had been high up in Venture. I had used Knightsbridge Venture once and I loved their style but I just could not stomach their prices. As it turns out, Natasha has all the skills that Venture promise and a lot more.

As I said, I had had some horrible experiences with past sessions, trying to get my girls (7 and 3) to even look at the photographer and sit still was a mission. Both my girls are really shy and given their four year age gap, all the photographers I had used found it difficult to engage both of them simultaneously. My girls are also very picky and won’t “perform” for any adult who does not make it fun for them. Many of the photographers are very serious and don’t come down to “child level”.

Five minutes into the session with Natasha and I breathed a huge sigh of relief. Somehow she had won my girls over in seconds and they were eating out of her hand like she was a goddess! I even managed to sneak off during the session (which was an outdoor session) to buy snacks and they were having such a good time with Natasha that they did not even care that I had left them.

To my utter astonishment, she got two entire hours out of them and I am pretty sure she could have kept going if it were not for the fact that I had to dash away. As a result of my two hour session, we ended up with over one hundred incredible images that were original, breath-taking and, most importantly, captured my girls at their absolute best. I was so delighted with my shots and so relieved!!

The shoot was a father’s day gift to my husband. Natasha did a rush job editing a few pictures for me so that they would be ready in time for Father’s Day (I had left everything to the last minute of course!) My husband cried when he saw the pictures. He thought they were the best Father’s Day present he had ever received.

I think Natasha is a rare genius. I no longer have a dire fear of watching my children waste a portrait session as I know that they will be safe in Natasha’s hands.
