How do I book a newborn photography shoot?

After your 12 week scan, it is safe to book your newborn photoshoot. Natasha will make a note of your due date and discuss the best date to pencil into your diary. This date can be adjusted if you baby arrives early or late at no extra cost. To confirm a space for your baby, a non refundable sitting fee is required.

How much does the newborn sitting fee cost?

MIDWEEK SITTING FEE £99 / WEEKEND £149

The sitting fee needs to be paid at the time of booking to secure a space for your baby.

What does this price include:

  • A confirmed space for your baby to have a photoshoot with Natasha Wiening

  • Newborn Photoshoot 2-3 hours

  • In each shoot, a selection of group shots will be taken which will include Photographs of your baby alone, Family photographs (mum, dad and baby), Mother and baby photographs and Father and baby photographs.

  • The use of all baby props and blankets (no additional props are required unless you have a special prop you would like to include for your baby.)

  • A selection of images will be prepared for your private zoom appointment.

    During this time you can go through all your newborn photographs and select which Newborn Package you would like to purchase. Natasha will be happy to give you her professional opinion, discuss individual images and advise which products will work best for your home. All the best images will be shown to you at this zoom viewing.

*This studio fee doesn’t include any photographs

*Newborn photoshoot packages include parents and newborn only. If you have children you would like to include at your baby photoshoot, please add a sibling hour so that we can give your child the time and space to get comfortable. This will ensure we get the best sibling photos for your family.

*An additional hour of £50 needs to be purchased for a sibling to attend.

ADDITION SIBLING HOUR

This additonal hour can to be purchased if you wish to include a sibling 9 years and younger. This additional hour will be added directly to your session fee on the same day of your newborn shoot. This gives your child the extra time to relax and get some beautiful photographs with their new sibling and some family photographs. In this time, there will be an opportunity for your eldest child to have an individual photograph if you would like one.

*All baby photoshoots take place from 11:00am Monday-Friday in my home studio in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire unless a home photography session is booked. I over newborn home shoots across London, Central London, Surrey and North London. (Regents Park, Fulham, Chelsea, Chiswick, Kew, Richmond, Primrose Hill, Kensington, Notting Hill Gate, Mayfair, South Kensington and Hampstead). Please call for a quote to your area.

Newborn photoshoots within your home

If you are interested in a newborn photoshoot within the comfort of your home, Natasha is happy to come to all homes within a 20 mile radius from Gerrards Cross and set up a mini studio. Natasha covers areas in London, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Surrey and Oxfordshire.

After your session, I know how excited you will be to see your images so during each newborn session, I will take a few shorts videos and create you a sneak peak on my Instagram account. After your session, once you have your digital images, feel free to make a separate appointment with me to discuss having your images professionally framed.
