How long is the maternity photoshoot
The shoot will take place directly after your scan appointment and will be 30min long.
What should I wear?
When thinking of an outfit, I would suggest something that shows the shape of your bump. Some suggestions would be a tight dress, jeans with a tight top or even a Bandeau Top and open blouse can work well. If you like the idea of more skin showing, I would suggest wearing a Bandeau Top (tube top) under your clothes so we can take your top off and show the bump more. Due to where the shoot will be taking place, I can not offer nude maternity photography.
Should I wear make-up?
With studio lighting, I would suggest gentle make-up; some mascara, lipstick or lip-gloss.
Should my hair be ready?
Yes, please make sure your hair and make-up is ready at the time of your appointment to avoid any delays.
Can my partner or child be apart of the shoot?
I would definitely encourage your partner having a photograph with you, what better way than to document your love through a photograph together. You can even bring your printed scan and we can do a cute photo marking the special chapter you are sharing. Children are also welcome however please understand that we only have 30 min so they would need to be cooperative to get the most out of the time given.
How many photographs will I get?
After the shoot, Natasha will select the best 5 images from the day. These will be beautifully retouched and sent to you in high resolution with a link for you to download the jpegs. These images will be ready to print at your favourite lab. If you need help with printing or framing, please feel free to contact Natasha directly.
How long will it take to receive my images?
Your images will be ready to download within 3 weeks after your appointment however Natasha will endeavour to do them quicker if possible. You will receive an email when they are ready to download.
What happens if I haven’t heard from Natasha after 3 weeks?
If for any reason you have not heard back from Natasha within the 3 weeks, please contact her as soon as possible so she can check and make sure all details given were correct. You can reach her directly on 07789565101 or email natashawiening@gmail.com
Will my images be used on social media or advertising?
Social media is a very exciting way to share images with friends and loved ones and we know mums will be excited to see their images sooner. Natasha and Aster Baby Clinic will share sneak preview images from time to time on their social media or their website for you and other mums to enjoy. By booking a shoot, you are agreeing to the 1988 copyright act, which means images taken at the sitting can be used on social media, displays, exhibitions, promotions, presentations, editorials and advertising at any time in the future without Natasha Wiening or Aster Baby Clinic seeking further permission. If this is something you feel strongly against, please email Natasha Wiening directly after your photoshoot so that she can make a note on your file.

Yes, absolutely! You can contact Natasha directly who will answer any question you may have before the shoot.
Can I book a photoshoot for my newborn with Natasha?
By booking your scan you are entitled to £100 off all newborn packages with Natasha.
Newborn photography takes place within the first 3 weeks after giving birth so if you are interested in booking Natasha, please register your interest and due date to receive your voucher as soon as possible. This is to avoid disappointment of there not being a space for your baby.
